A subtle blend of coffee flavored cheesecake baked on a chocolate cookie crumb crust, topped with sour cream (may have swirled design in the topping, instead of fluting). Tastes like a perfect cup of espresso! The 8 slice (1.5lbs.) is the traditional no crust.
